5. Sales Transactions:

Crowne Pacific facilitates sales transactions with customers. We provide assistance with paperwork, financing options, and vehicle delivery as needed.

6. Title and Ownership:

Crowne Pacific guarantees clear title and ownership of vintage cars sold through our platform.

7. Compliance with Laws:

Crowne Pacific ensures that vehicles offered for sale comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. We reserve the right to refuse or remove listings that do not comply with these requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Vintage Car Reseller is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the sale, purchase, or use of vintage cars acquired through our platform.

9. Termination:

Crowne Pacific reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to sellers or buyers at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Crowne Pacific reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

Return and Refund Policy

At Vintage Car Dealers, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality vintage cars and exceptional service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your vintage car purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns:

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your vintage car must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Returns must be initiated within [number] days of the purchase date.

As-Is Sales: Some vintage cars may be sold "as-is," without warranty or guarantee. These sales are final, and returns or refunds may not be available unless required by law.
